Do you ship outside of India?
From this website, orders are delivered within India & to designated PIN CODES.
Will I have to pay shipping charges on every purchase?
Free shipping charges are levied in Jhansi and ₹ 99 (outside Jhansi) upon all the products. We offer Free shipping for products above ₹ 899 or any other amount which is notified from time to time.. The shipping charges differ as per the products and the shipping distance. You should consider the shipping rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
How soon after I place my order, are my products shipped?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours from confirmation of order. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.
What is the transit time for all orders?
We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Transit time to locations depends on courier loads, local conditions and a variety of other factors, although we estimate a 2-4 day transit time in most cases. You will get updates on your order status from time to time. The delivery status can be checked using the live tracking link provided by us.
What is the standard delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-10 days, depending on the zone.
Which courier agency do you use for your deliveries?
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Our current panel of couriers includes Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, SmartR, Ekart, Maruti Courier, Kart2Door, Xpressbees, Loadshare, Amazon SWA, & DTDC. We pick the most reliable (and not necessarily the least expensive) shipping partner to each location.
If I order multiple products in one purchase, will you ship them all together?
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders.
Will I get an invoice with each order I place?
Invoice will be couriered with the product and/or emailed to the email address provided at the time of placing the order.
What do I do if I need to customize my delivery terms?
We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, and deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren’t sure, we encourage you to call us before placing your order.
